3. Multiple Packages (Split Shipments)
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages at different times.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
The customer is entirely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Waggly Wipes assumes no liability for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders lost due to incorrect address entry.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Waggle Wipes and Stuff is not liable for lost or stolen packages if the carrier’s tracking information confirms that the package was successfully delivered to the provided address.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

If a package arrives damaged in transit, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to submit a claim with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Delivery Refusals and Unclaimed Packages
If you refuse a delivery, or if a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed at your local post office or customs office, a refund will not be issued. We may, at our discretion, offer to reship the package if the customer agrees to pay an additional shipping fee.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Waggly Wipes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the shipping, delivery, or delayed delivery of our products. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any shipping-related dispute is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) ordered.
